Shipping Policies Within Australia, we use express post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Please note that orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Standard Shipping Charges Within Australia:
500g and under - $7.40 500g to 3kg - $10.50 3kg and over - $21.00 Delivery within 7 business days for orders placed by 11 am Monday - Friday.
International shipping is based on Australia Post's postage calculator and is added according to country and
weight. Please allow 14 business days for delivery of items.
Our friendly staff are available between 10 am and 5 pm AEST Monday to Friday. Returns Policy We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, we will assist you with an exchange.
Items returned within 7 business days within Australia or 21 business days overseas of delivery will be
exchanged for another item chosen by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.
If an incorrect item has been shipped, Myee Carlyle Collections will waive exchanged item shipping charges. How to return/exchange All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a
shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.
