For those of you who caught the sunset this past Saturday night, it was nothing short of spectacular – truly one of best sunsets I have seen in Byron Bay, let alone anywhere. You were able to watch the entire sky light up like a flame, bursting it’s brilliance forth like a massive exhale of cosmic sparkling stardust, burning with lustrous enchantment. And in this moment, I felt out of my body, out of my mind, and into my soul space, totally free and apart of it all.
I guess that’s what Byron does to you; in moment’s like this when you just drop everything and stand still, setting your gaze on a coral sky, feeling ageless and infinite…leaving as swiftly as it came.
“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.” ~ Rabindranath Tagore, Stray Birds
